What you do as a Content Marketing Specialist
The Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating, managing, repurposing, and optimising content that aligns with the business line Industry & Buildings client segments and portfolio. The focus will be continuously relevant - client focussed - content with a deep understanding of industry and buildings marketing strategy. You collaborate closely with the Growth Marketing and Digital Marketing team to engage customers, maintain, and increase our leading position in our markets. Aside from this, you have the following tasks:
- Develop and execute a robust content strategy aligned with B2B marketing objectives
- Generate original, high-quality content such as case studies, blogs, whitepapers and social media posts to engage our target audience
- Coordinate content projects with external agencies for copywriting, design, video and translation
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment with brand messaging
- Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for enhanced visibility and relevance
- Maintain and execute content calendars to ensure consistent communication across B2B channels.

As our new content marketing specialist, you will become part of the marketing team that serves the Industry & Buildings business line.
Our Marketing team consists of 13 people, divided into three core teams: the Growth Team, the Digital Team, and the Content Team. Together, we drive innovative projects and initiatives to effectively engage our external audience and elevate our brand presence.

Hard Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
- 3-6 years of experience in a similar B2B content marketing role
- Proficiency in English, with the ability to tailor content for B2B audiences
- Familiarity with SEO tools and content management systems used in B2B environments
- Can work 32-40 hours a week
- Willing to meet with the rest of the team in different offices around the Netherlands once a week
