Tasks
- Develop key growth sales tactics and action plans
- Achieve various ROI and KPIs
- Be well-versed in luxury consumer electronics and accessories
- Ensure global alignment and brand compliance for all sales related activities, projects, and campaigns
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships in luxury brand sectors
- Partner with distributors and international customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving growth and hitting/exceeding annual and monthly sales targets
- Establish business development and sales strategies for global markets
- Conduct global market research and regularly share insights with the sales and marketing teams
- Analyze consumer behaviors and attitudes to forecast future sales trends in the luxury consumer electronics market
- Stay current on market trends, consumer and product research, and industry best practices
Requirements
- Must be based in Amsterdam or the Randstad region
- Must be fluent in English with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills
- Must have a valid Dutch working permit
- Proven work experience in sales and business development of luxury consumer electronics and accessories
- Experience in conducting market research and developing sales strategies of luxury consumer electronics and accessories in global markets
- Fluency in German, French, and Dutch would be highly desirable
- Must be able to travel to tradeshows in the US, EU, and Asia
- Strong communication, sales, project management, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in sales, budgeting and forecasting, working with distributors, as well as conflict management and business negotiation processes
A full-time position at our office located at Singel 250, Amsterdam, based on a 40-hour workweek.
