As a Procurement & AP Analyst at Samsung, you will contribute to the seamless operation of our multinational company, ensuring financial processes align with corporate standards. You'll navigate a dynamic environment, tackling the intricacies of vendor management and accounts payable with precision. Your expertise in finance, compliance, and internal controls, coupled with your proficiency in Excel will be pivotal in maintaining our reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Vendor management: act as the first point of contact for internal departments on vendor registrations, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines.
- Documentation: meticulously collect and verify necessary documents for vendor registration and accounts payable transactions.
- Procurement support: assist the Marketing Team with the Bidding and Quotation Management System, facilitating the selection of vendors based on strategic marketing initiatives.
- Payments: oversee weekly payment runs, coordinate on rejections, and ensure timely clearance of accounts payable balances.
- Invoicing: process invoices with a keen eye for detail, adhering to local specifications and supporting business priorities as directed by management.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Controlling
- 1-2 years experience in an international organization
- Experience with compliance and internal control.
