Area Data. Models, Analytics & Calculations within the Housing tribe is responsible for the data logistic chain within the lending domain, models, analytics and complex calculations. To deliver and renew our services with the right quality, we strive to be a high performing team (HPT). Fun, ownership and mutual trust form the basis of our team.
As Scrum Master you will be guiding and coaching High Performing Teams to a level that they aspire to, that is what it is about. Together you create high-value products using Agile/Scrum concepts and principles As a Scrum Master you are able to coach your team to self-organise. You ensure that nothing stands in the way of a good team delivery. You will be removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments. Your role is important because you contribute to achieving the area and tribe ambitious objectives. With the other Scrum Masters you also ensure a clear Scrum strategy within the department.
In addition, you are a pro-active team player who immediately sees what a team needs to excel. You regularly coordinate the back log and priorities with stakeholders within and outside the team. In addition, your focus is on initiating and participating in a continuous improvement process. You support several teams by educating them and helping them control progress on the (software) development process. You are self-aware, you know your unique qualities and you know how to use them as effectively as possible. You should be able to T-shape within the team as per the requirement or when time allows.

- Intrinsically motivate the teams and area leadership to embrace the Scrum framework and help them to take the next steps in their growth
- You are experienced in coaching teams on process, product, people and technology
- With your passion for Agile, your knowledge of the Scrum framework and your people knowledge, you create a culture of continuous improvement
- You are able to stand your ground when it comes to Agile working in various settings and knows how to make Agile work for the teams
- You are able to identify recurring themes on a larger scale and take the lead to get things done
- You are an inspiration to other Scrum Masters and have experience in guiding them to help them improve to the next level.
Required knowledge and experience:
- Educated at University level, finished bachelor's or master's degree
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master and experienced in Agile Coaching
- At least an Scrum Master certificate like PSM1/PSM2
- You have experience in guiding multicultural teams
- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency;
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills, does conversation by focusing on scrum values of openness, honesty and respect;
- Fluent English is a must, fluency in Dutch is a plus
- You have knowledge and experience as a developer or tester or business analyst;
- You have knowledge and experience of data warehouses and SQL.

- A gross monthly salary between € 4.068,63 and € 5.811,03 (salary scale 9/10), depending on experience, knowledge and education.

- An Employee Benefit Budget (11% of your monthly salary); you decide how to spend this budget. This may include purchasing extra leave days, making extra pension contributions or even receiving extra cash on a monthly basis;
- An annual Personal Development Budget of € 1.400,-.
- 100% reimbursement of commuting costs if you travel by public transport! Do you still prefer to travel by car or motorbike? Then choose a commuting allowance;
- A monthly € 40,- nett work from home allowance, based on working from home 5 days per week.
- A monthly € 40,- nett internet allowance.
