You will be a Scrum Master of two squads within Area Integration, in this way you also are part of the Scrum Master team of the Area and the Scrum Master chapter of the Tribe.
As a fellow Scrum Master, you will be the driving force for the teams to lift our Way of Working to a higher level. With the goal to deliver business value better, with the right quality, faster and with more fun. This includes solving organizational impediments, challenging priorities & focus, and facilitating in-area strategy and OKRs.
Practical Examples
- Teaching and applying Agile practices and Simplify@Scale
- Coaching squads into becoming resilient teams
- Collaborating with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Solution Architects, and the Area Triangle to drive changes
- Facilitation on Area level for multiple squads
- Being a workshop builder on Area level for multiple squads and think about the audience, goal & effect of the workshop for the individual and area
Where will you land
You will be part of Area Integration within Tribe Tech4Engineering (T4E) a very divers area with many different nationalities. A division which focuses on innovation and continuously improving the engineering journey of our engineers within the bank. You will work closely with other Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Solution Architects, and the Area Triangle within Area Integration.

Next to this, we expect you to be skilled in Agile, Scrum and Lean principles. This includes knowledge of Scrum roles, events, artefacts, and the underlying agile principles. You support the squads by educating them and helping them continuously improve their development process.
You are skilled in situational leadership and are able use the Stances of the Scrum master: Servant Leader, Change Agent, Facilitator, Coach, Impediment Remover, Mentor, Teacher
Required knowledge and experience:
- Bachelor's or master's degree;
- Certified (PSM1/PSM2) Scrum Master;
- At least 3+ years of proven experience;
- Experience in coaching and guiding high-performance multicultural teams;
- Experience effectively intervening in both individual and group settings to bring teams to a higher maturity level;
- You are a hands-on servant leader for squads;
- You have excellent communication and mentoring skills, and you focus on the scrum values of commitment, courage, focus, openness, and respect;
- You master the English language.
