What do we do?
The work of our department is very diverse, everyday is different. Within your role as a Front Desk Agent, your responsibilities include the safety and experience of our hotel guests. The work includes:
- Welcoming, checking in and checking out our hotel guests
- Optimising the guest experience and ensuring they have an unforgettable time
- Dealing with and resolving hotel guests' challenges and inconveniences
- Various administrative duties
- F&B work
- Keeping guests informed of fun events in the area
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague with the following skills and attributes:
- You have good communication skills in Dutch and English
- You have experience with a hotel reservation system, preferably MEWS
- You have previous working experience in a hotel
- You have a hospitable attitude
- You are flexible and enjoy working different shifts, including weekends and holidays
- You are independent
