Customer Service Key Account Specialist France/Benelux (fulltime)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate customer service and sales orders for all Key Accounts
- Coordinate Key Accounts orders, delivery sales info, reports and logistics queries
- Handle difficult enquiries or complaints from key account customers
- Helping and advising Key Account customers by telephone, e-mail and occasionally face-to-face
- Develop and maintain a complete functional understanding of SAP and reporting tools
- Responsive to the needs and daily communication with the Key Account customers
- Communicate within Marchon local and international offices
- Responsible for performance reporting
- Preparation of business reports / coordinate reports
- Preparation of customer and brand sales analysis and customer turnover performance
- Support regular business meetings with Key Account Manager / buyer of allocated accounts
- Customer stock management
- Assisting Key Account customers when composing a new assortment
