International Partner Manager

Basic-Fit is seeking a dynamic International Partner Manager to be the key link between our facilities and external partners, such as Personal Trainers and Physiotherapists. In this challenging role, you will be responsible for developing and managing our partner relationships, increasing revenue, and enhancing the quality of our services.
This is what your assignment looks like:
As an International Partner Manager you are responsible for developing and managing the external partners who are operating their businesses within the Basic-Fit facilities. This mainly concerns Personal Trainers and Physiotherapists. Furthermore, other concepts that are an addition for our members will also be included.
As International Partner Manager you are responsible for the entire Partner business within Basic-Fit. This includes the further development of the existing concepts, increasing revenue, improving quality and impact for our members.
You lead the team existing of National Partner Managers (NPMs), Partner Managers and administrators. The NPMs are active in different countries, and each have their business area for which they are responsible. Your goal is to manage them successfully so they can expand and improve their business. This should ensure more sales and service for our members in the club. The focus is on expanding the network of external partners and optimizing and further developing the concepts. All of this in line with the brand vision, international concept and developments.
You work closely with the rest of the Product department, but also with departments such as Legal, Finance and Marketing.

Your responsibilities will be:
Responsible for International KPI's Partners;
Defining budget forecasting;
Closely monitoring results;
Developing the Personal Training services PTI (Personal Training Intro) and OC (Online Coaching);
Maintaining close contact with the operation (Country Directors and Business Managers) and other departments at the HQ's;
Guaranteeing the existing results and processes as well as adapting them in consultation to further improve and/or develop new concepts;
Striving to prevent loss of turnover by preventing errors and inefficiencies;
being an ambassador for Basic-Fit!
