As a Supervisor of BlueBlood, you know it is not just about eating a good meal with excellent service. It is all about creating a memorable and unique experience for our guests.. You will supervise the restaurant and bar service to offer a high quality, efficient service that adds to a memorable guest experience.
Diving into a bit more detail, your responsibilities include:
- Maintain an effective restaurant service with an emphasis on high quality and efficient service.
- A star in complaint handling.
- Support, guide and most importantly inspire your team.
- Check that Guest service standards are set, implemented and monitored, and continuously evaluated and if needed to be adjusted.
- Set-up the venue according to the pre-determined standards of the operation.
- Ensure compliance with and the proper training of all Team Members so that all Company Health and Safety, and Fire Regulations and procedures are understood and applied.
- Ensure all Team Members are impeccably presented and adhere to the correct uniform standards.
- Deal with sudden staff shortages through absenteeism and report all absences according to Company Procedures.
- Complete all necessary administration according to the company procedures relating to all Team Members.
- Maximize revenue and increase average spend per person through upselling, high customer service standards, effective training, and motivational techniques.
Supervise internal and external events hosted by BlueBlood.
The blood type we're looking for:
- Someone born to serve our guests. A truly service-minded extrovert with a bunch of hospitality experience.
- Is available full time (38 hours, 5 days) on a flexible schedule (Monday to Sunday) for evening shifts.
- A resilient person, especially in times of high workload.
- Flexible attitude and sees what needs to be done.
- Responsible and independent, with a positive attitude.
- Great organizational and coordinating skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Loves storytelling and taking our guests on a culinary journey.
