Attesa Coffee is a start-up specialty green coffee sourcing and distribution companyheadquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands. We work directly with producers at the origin tobring our customers (specialty coffee roasters) high-quality coffees safely, on-time andconsistently with the use of efficient digital frameworks. We believe in traceability through thechain and are highly committed to transparency towards all our stakeholders.
We are looking for a performance- driven customer centric individual with a strong work ethic to join our team as a Sales Executive
Tasks
- Work towards developing working relationships with clients – specialty roasters in Europe
- Assist towards sales of specialty green coffee to roasters / customers within the European market and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Contribute towards conducting analysis of market, identify client requirements & establish further areas of growth
- Assist in active sales via emails and phone conversations
- Manage and update CRM database
- Travel and represent Attesa Coffee towards clients and in global coffee fairs / events
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in Specialty Coffee sales in Europe
- Ability / preference to work in a dynamic / entrepreneurial environment
- Willingness to learn and implement new business development techniques
- Team player/problem solver, resourceful in creating solutions for customers
- Fluent in both spoken and written English is required
- 1 additional language out of French / Dutch / German is required
- Must be based in the EU and authorized to work in the EU
- Open to travel
