To achieve the ultimate, a successful integration of the various systems into an effective vessel, the Project Coordinator A&E will be involved with active engagement with our partners, different teams such as Engineering and Supply Chain, the yards, and the
subcontractors.
While ensuring stakeholders’ satisfaction, the Project Coordinator will be included in activities related to the definition, procurement, engineering, interfacing, installation, verification and acceptance of the relevant systems for large complex vessels.
Tasks
- Taking ownership of the system package to achieve targeted results within the established constraints.
- Coordinating project activities, including reviews, milestones, tests and trials, while monitoring progress with vendors and subcontractors
- Reviewing co-worker’s qualifications and oversee purchase orders and payments;
- Identifying and addressing concessions, variations to contract requests and changes to the subcontracts
- Providing leadership and motivation to all employees, contractors, and stakeholders
Requirements
- Have a BSc or MSc in Electrical (Power) Engineering or similar;
- Have at least 5 years of experience in project management with similar projects;
- Have experience working in an international organization;
- Have experience in overseeing and handling aspects and issues, no matter the nature;
- Have a good command of the English language
- Are flexible in regards to dividing your work time between different (office) locations.
