Within this dynamic position, you will be working on some of the world's most exquisite yachts.
As an Automation Engineer, your role involves translating functional specifications into logical diagrams for electrical installations. Collaborating with your team is key; you work closely with fellow Automation Engineers and colleagues from different departments, making it a multidisciplinary team. You will be involved in the new developments and be challenged to further develop your expertise in the field. Smaller projects will be executed independently.
Tasks
- Supporting in the formation of new assignments
- Creating conceptual designs in collaboration with the client and other stakeholders
- (Further) developing detailed designs in code
- Assisting in the commissioning of more complex systems
Requirements
- Have a bachelor's degree in Industrial Automation or Electrical Engineering or similar
- Have at least 4 years of experience with PLC or SCADA applications
- Have experience with network structures and Microsoft Windows
- Are comfortable with interface protocols (Ethernet, Modbus, Profinet)
