We are looking for individuals with experience and a security guard license interested in working in the Netherlands, especially in the area of Leiden, The Hague and Gouda regions.
Tasks
Security Guard responsibilities:
- Monitor and protect buildings or businesses.
- Compose daily reports using provided software.
- Conduct surveillance rounds as needed.
- Check identity at property access points.
- Prevent criminal acts or violations.
- Contact the police when necessary.
- Create a safe and professional environment.
Requirements
Minimum requirements to apply:
- European passport: You must have a valid European passport.
- Clean criminal record: You must have lived in a European country for the last 8 years. You’ll need to provide this document: Certificate of Conduct (preferably in English).
- Languages: Sufficient knowledge of English and/or Dutch to communicate with colleagues and the police, as well as to write emails and reports. It is recommended to take an online Dutch course before applying at level A2 or B1.
- Internship contract: Accept an internship contract for one year to obtain the Security Guard title in Dutch, paid for by the company (provided you have basic Dutch proficiency). We offer 0-hour contracts, allowing you to determine your availability in 4-week blocks. The minimum hours required to complete an internship are 320 hours per year, with a maximum of 12 working hours per day. If you prefer not to opt for the internship contract, you can independently follow the title validation process.
- BSN number: You must have a BSN number in the Netherlands and have an address in The Netherlands.

- Salary between €16.59 – €19.08 per hour during normal hours from 07:00 – 18:00.
- Extra pay for non-conventional hours: 10%, 20%, 35% depending on various factors.
