As a company we operate across six offices in London, Lancaster, Madrid, Denver, Singapore and Hyderabad, as well as having employees in fully remote roles across the world.
Tasks
Business Development:
- Research, seek out and convert new business leads
- Work collaboratively with other divisions to deliver seamless implementations of new clients
- Ownership for the implementation and measurement of strategic plans
- Responsible for the delivery of revenue targets
- Actively seek to raise SilverDoor's profile in the Netherlands through attendance at industry events, via social media and industry body involvement
- Monitor and share where relevant key trends, industry news and forecasts for India
Account Management:
- Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts to optimum performance
- Seek out new additional business divisions to engage within existing client organisations
- Work collaboratively with other divisions to deliver optimum service to managed clients
- Ownership for the implementation and measurement of key client development plans
- Responsible for the delivery of revenue targets
- Provide accurate reporting on all key metrics
- Accompany clients on apartment viewings where applicable
Property Partner Development:
- Support partner relationship with Benelux activity
- Seek out relevant new property partners in the region
- Be the 'in market' SilverDoor Ambassador for property partners
- Attend selected property partner events and openings
- Ensure systems (Salesforce etc) are used and optimised.
Requirements
Required Experience:
- New business development experience
- Fluent English, German and Dutch speaker (essential)
- B2B serviced apartment or hotel background experience is essential
- Up-to-date knowledge of the industry
- A minimum of 3 years' experience with a demonstrated history of accomplishments in account win performance
- Experience of raising the profile of relatively unknown company
- Existing strong customer relationships
