Tasks
As a Projectmanager you are responsible for the progress, execution and financial results of your projects. This includes coordination and monitoring of the progress of engineering activities, production and delivery planning for the customer’s benefits. You are a driven engineer who sees a challenge in leading complex projects from A to Z in the highest division of yacht building.
Your work includes:
- You form the project team and ensure balance within the team. You determine work goals for the team members in your project, you monitor the implementation of it and make functional adjustments where necessary.
- You monitor the realization of the project and escalate in a timely manner to the head of the department in case of increasing project risk and/or deviation from the scope. N to do the same.
- You contribute from technical, financial and organizational expertise, during the contract phase and determine the project plan in accordance with the sales contract.

Requirements
You are a real team player. You learn from colleagues but also teach them and you know how to use the strength of the team at the right moment. You are highly disciplined and have analytical skills. You are of course very customer-oriented, with a focus on results and quality.
In addition, you preferably have:
- An Bsc education in Naval architecture, or an Bsc/Msc education supplemented with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Demonstrable experience in shipbuilding engineering, leading engineering teams and budget control.
- Command of the English language in word and writing.
- EU citizenship required
