What you will be doing
Our Finance Consulting team supports the CFO to master new challenges. What does the future of finance look like? What does digitisation mean for the finance function? How can Finance become a trusted business partner? How to implement the ever-growing amount of regulations?
As a Manager you'll deliver our finance projects, support our teams, and coach our Consultants. You'll use your knowledge, insights, creativity and leadership skills to inspire people, and work with our clients in co-creation. You'll work in multidisciplinary and often international teams that also include experts in strategy, technology, risk, operations, change management and regulation.
We'll provide you a home base in the Financial Services Finance Consulting team, which is an energetic and motivated group of people, with strong growth aspirations. You'll help us to further build a team of transformational and digital finance consultants, who keep track of leading tools for the future finance function.
Does this describe you
As a Manager in our Finance Consulting team you'll need:
- A master's degree or PhD, preferably in a technical, financial-economic and/or technical direction, or another relevant master's degree
- Experience in the insurers, pension providers & pension funds sector, and preferably Consulting
- Experience in analysing and solving problems in an environment where technology plays a decisive role
- Experience with managing projects and teams
- Knowledge of Finance Strategy, Finance Transformations, Digital Finance Tools, Data-driven Insights, Advanced Analytics and/or Regulations and Reporting
- The ambition to further develop your knowledge of the financial sector and be eager to gain more in-depth content knowledge on finance related topics including the future of finance
- An entrepreneurial, proactive mindset and the drive to make a difference in a challenging environment
- Consulting, teamplay and social skills, and you enjoy building strong relationships with clients
- Business proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Dutch is an advantage
