FunctieomschrijvingAs a Fulltime Supply Chain Coördinator at this esteemed company in Botlek, you will be responsible for preparing and implementing processes, purchasing and production planning, inventory management, logistics, and other related activities. You will set expectations for sellers in collaboration with the sales offices.
Additionally, you will support documentation related to incoming and outgoing movements. You will manage and track daily stock levels, production plans, scheduled orders, shipping schedules, and stay updated on logistics routes.
You will identify, control, and analyze regular inventory of raw materials and/or finished MXDA. This includes determining how much should be stored or reserved at each location (including third-party locations) and deciding when it is appropriate to use it or require additional deliveries.
It is your task to ensure that the regular production line achieves its operational high-quality performance and targets. You will collaborate with other departments such as the sales offices in Germany, the USA, and the headquarters in Tokyo, Japan, production, finance and accounting, and external parties to create effective production plans and executions.
Furthermore, as Supply Chain Coördinator you will prepare, organize, and monitor transportation and logistics routes at the plant and with external suppliers, combining shipments where possible. You will analyze data from shipping, logistics, and delivery processes to prevent bottlenecks and other issues.
You will support safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain (e.g., loading, unloading, and use of related plant facilities within the site). Additionally, you will ensure the safeguarding of quality, production, and order execution by proactively identifying challenges and creating solutions with internal and external stakeholders.
Functie-eisen- HBO or HEAO diploma, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field;
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in a Supply Chain position or a similar field;
- Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes & knowledge of import and export documentation;
- Good skills and knowledge of MS Office;
- Good skills in ERP software are a plus;
- Well-developed communication skills in English, both spoken and written, are a must.
- Direct contract with the client;
- A 60K to 70K salary per year (including 8% and 13th month)
- €0.22 per km travel allowance (public transport is fully reimbursed);
- Full-time employment (40 hours per week);
- Temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment;
- 25 vacation days.
