We are looking for a motivated intern to support our ongoing learning initiatives and contribute to a comprehensive learning analysis and forecast across our global organization.
As a Risk Academy intern you will play a crucial role in assisting our team with our yearly learning analysis and forecast. This involves identifying the training requirements of various risk departments and risk learning for the entire bank, analyzing existing learning programs, and recommending improvements to enhance our training strategies. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the training and development field within a leading global financial institution.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in conducting a thorough learning analysis and forecast across different departments.
- Collect and analyze data through surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing training programs and identify gaps.
- Collaborate with team members to develop comprehensive reports and presentations.
- Provide recommendations for new training initiatives and enhancements.
- Support the design and implementation of training materials and resources.
Required skills and background
- You are a bachelor or master student in the field of Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Psychology or related studies.
- You possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- You are proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (MS Teams, Forms, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- You are curious, a quick learner, and not afraid to dive into complex topics.
- You have affinity with learning and development within a corporate environment.
- You are fluent in English.
