What you do as an advisory group secretary
As an advisory group secretary, you proactively support the unit with the performance of secretarial and administrative tasks. You have a good understanding of our organization, our customers, and the market in which the unit operates. You are customer-oriented, take responsibility, and are able to independently formulate and implement your contribution to the team. The position offers you a lot of space to develop your own initiatives! You have a feeling for the commercial setting in which we work and can contribute to this by, for example, making the layout and text of documents attractive. The work also includes the following:
- proactively support the team in their business needs
- support the Advisory Group Directors and Associate Directors
- organize and coordinate meetings. You provide the necessary facilities and logistics, you compile agendas, record decisions and actions, collect and distribute documentation, receive participants and guests, pursue action points and effortlessly use modern meeting and conference technology
- provide a results-oriented and professional contribution to the delivery of documents, monitoring deadlines, and checking for completeness and authorization
- work efficiently with the most recent software and provide support for questions about supporting software applications and business and project processes
- work together with the other secretaries of the other business units

What you bring
- passion and ambition to work and make a difference
- bachelor's degree or HBO working and thinking level in the field of secretarial/administrative support
- extensive relevant work experience and used to operating independently
- excellent oral and written communication skills in Dutch and English
- sense of the dynamics of the business and customer relationships
- skilled in working with MS Office, MS Teams/Sharepoint, CRM packages and making presentations
- good ICT skills and talent to quickly master new developments in the field of ICT tools and software applications (nice to have)
- can handle confidentiality well
- acts as a team player in the secretarial team in the business unit
