Jouw functie

Het doel van de afdeling Logistiek is om een optimale dienstverlening tegen de laagst mogelijke kosten te bieden aan onze klanten. De afdeling heeft als specifieke opdracht zorg te dragen voor een betrouwbaar, veilig, efficiënt en voorspelbaar logistiek proces teneinde een excellente dienstverlening met toegevoegde waarde voor klanten te bereiken. Onze logistieke operatie is daarom verdeeld in drie deelprocessen: ontvangst en logistieke middelen/ distributie / afleveren. Als procescoördinator begeleidt je medewerkers in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden en streef je naar een foutloos proces. Verder:

• Ben jij het directe aanspreekpunt voor jouw team;
• Coach jij je team zodat klantafspraken en resultaten worden gehaald;
• Werk je samen teammanager om verstoringen te signaleren en herstellen;
• Werk je mee in het logistieke proces en kom je met voorstellen voor verbeteringen;
• Ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen van onze klanten.

De afdeling

Een bos bloemen op tafel, of een plant in de tuin. Je staat er misschien niet bij stil, maar de logistieke operatie erachter is enorm. Die gaat veel verder dan de distributie alleen. Logistiek is het hart van de coöperatie. Alle producten gaan op tijd de koelcel in. 24/7 moeten de karren en fusten klaarstaan. Die we eerst reinigen in enorme machines voordat we ze kunnen gebruiken. Zo mogelijk nog complexer is de internationale logistiek. Maar wat je rol ook is, welk werk je ook doet, je geeft kleur aan de wereld en draagt bij aan een wereldwijd succes.

De afdeling heeft als specifieke opdracht zorg te dragen voor een betrouwbaar, veilig, efficiënt en voorspelbaar logistiek proces teneinde een excellente dienstverlening met toegevoegde waarde voor klanten te bereiken. Onze logistieke operatie is daarom verdeeld in drie deelprocessen: ontvangst en logistieke middelen/ distributie / afleveren. Als procescoördinator begeleidt je medewerkers in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden en streef je naar een foutloos proces. Verder:

• Ben jij het directe aanspreekpunt voor jouw team;
• Coach jij je team zodat klantafspraken en resultaten worden gehaald;
• Werk je samen teammanager om verstoringen te signaleren en herstellen;
• Werk je mee in het logistieke proces en kom je met voorstellen voor verbeteringen;
• Ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen van onze klanten.
