Talent management within Royal HaskoningDHV is one of the key building blocks of our HR strategy. We are excited to open an internship position within this team!
What you will do
- Support our onboarding process for continuous improvement.
- Assist in our global Future Leaders program, empowering the leaders of tomorrow.
- Support our team with developing e-learnings.
- Collaborate with the learning & development team, part of the talent management team.
- Create and manage trainings in our learning management system.
- Support our employees with day-to-day L&D related queries.
- Liaise with stakeholders in the HR community and wider organization, building valuable connections.

Who are we looking for?
- A proactive individual with strong analytical skills.
- A Bachelor's/Master's student (you have to be enrolled at a university for the full internship period!) in business administration, HRM, psychology, or a related field.
- Excellent command of English.
- A true team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Planning and organising skills.
- Digitally savvy and eager to embrace innovative solutions.
- You are able to physically join us in one of our offices in the Netherlands during your internship.
What we offer
The internship runs from September 2024 to February 2025 (flexible), with the possibility of extension. You'll have the flexibility to work hybrid, allowing you to choose between several of our offices in Amersfoort, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Den Haag (and later our new Delft office), or Nijmegen and combine that with working from home. We believe in a healthy work-life balance, and you'll receive a monthly compensation of €550,- along with 10 leave days on a full-time basis. A full-time internship is preferred, but part-time is also possible. Moreover, we offer an option for university feedback and evaluation to enhance your personal and professional growth.
