As a Senior Lead Lending EU&A within Corporate Banking Services, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our lending strategy and driving positive change. You will work in collaboration with the leadership team and our stakeholders across the organization helping to develop, embed and deploy our lending strategy.

The Corporate Banking services teams are responsible for the for daily back-office management of both the agency services & loans portfolios. Tasks are centred around Loan, payments, fee & facility administration.

You and your talent
- Bachelor/master's degree in economics or finance;
- Knowledge of our Structured Lending products, food and agribusiness sector knowledge.
- Experience with monitoring activities associated with automated loan transaction solutions.
- Customer focused, service oriented, self-aware with the ability to work in an international, multi-cultural environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills - with an ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to convert data to meaningful information.
- Continuous improvement mind-set demonstrated by, for example, Lean Yellow Belt certification
- Familiarity with ISO Quality Management System
- Resilient, ability to work in a challenging environment
