What will you be doing as a HRM Program manager
The HRM Program Manager will play a key role, in making the changes we want to implement in the HRM department concrete and happening. The transformation plan describes our ambition to standardize our service with the purpose to be efficient and cost effective. Next to this we want to give a strong focus to several employee journeys, like onboarding and leadership. The purpose of this ambitious transformation plan is to provide our TU/e leaders and employees with solid HR service to allow them to give focus on their core activities and with that we create together a strong TU/e organization.
About the Human Resource Management department
The Human Resources Management (HRM) department has over 115 colleagues and consists of three departments: HR Business, HR Operations and HR Development. The HR Business teams focuses on supporting people management in the faculties and services specifically through HR consulting and recruitment. The HR Development teams focus on policy-making, HR analytics, staff development support and project management. Within the HR Operations Department, in addition to the HR Services team, the following four other teams operate: Payroll Administration, Staff Immigration (work related to immigration procedures), Compliance, Compensation and Benefits, and Occupational Health, Safety, Environment & Radiation Protection.
The HRM department has the ambition to be a solid HR department. We work with dedication on our tasks like realizing a smooth HR operations, talent attraction and HR advisory process, and on next to policy and projects like diversity and inclusion, well-being & social safety, talent, leadership, and career development.

- You have an academic working and thinking level, with relevant work experience and education in the HRM domain;
- Experienced in program management, preferably in combination with spot on education;
- You are a seasoned leader, familiar in working with dedicated professionals;
- You have a good eye on the results that need to be achieved and you take corrective action when needed;
- An active, motivating attitude and strong collaboration skills;
- You are a connector who translates strategic change plans into execution and implementation.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
Additional information
- Duration: 1 year for on average for 28 to 32 hours per week;
- Fee structure: Depending on experience and seniority, a rate of €80 - €100 per hour (excluding VAT) as a consultant;
