What will you do?
As the Online Sales Coordinator, you will be key contact of one of our categories and work together with internal stakeholders to continuously improve our online sales in all three countries of the Benelux. Your main focus will be on your category's online turnover and driving your category according to commercial ecommerce KPIs. The position will also look into how we can improve category's online penetration and online capability building, collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as category managers, buyers, marketeers and the supply chain team. To conclude, you'll work together with the rest of our young and enthusiastic e-Commerce team on improving sales, margin and stock KPI's and be owner of your category's online presence.
- Be the owner of the category online sales and drive the category to achieve the sales targets with commercial acumen.
- Analyze internal and online GFK data for your category/sub-category/brand and determine key focus/growth areas or assortment opportunities for create alignment with your Category's digital roadmap.
- Translate our national campaigns into the online environment in the most optimized way to increase Average Order Value and conversion rate for your category.
- Be accountable for understanding online market trends, competitor analysis and digital innovation opportunities for your category.
- Align the category strategy with our colleagues from SEO and digital marketing.
- Contribute to the definitions and integration of all customer journeys, lead product launches and digital campaigns as category's online coordinator
- Be the connector in between CRM/Marketing, SEO and Category team with digital perspective to contribute to online market share increase
- Work together with internal stakeholders to enhance online assortment, online availability and upsell/cross-sell quality and perform best-in-class experience for our customers.

What will you bring?
- At least a Bachelor's degree in business, economy, management or equivalent experience;
- 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce environment;
- Google Analytics or Contentsquare (or any website performance tracking tool) experience is mandatory;
- Affinity with consumer electronics would be considered a plus;
