HR Manager NetherlandsAs HR Manager for the Netherlands, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our Human Resources strategy to align with the group's strategic objectives, standards, and people philosophies. In this role, you will champion our people agenda and support a diverse team of approximately 65 employees across sales, customer service, order management, marketing, R&D, and production. These employees span three distinct business units, and you will also provide support to some regional roles. Collaborating with multiple line managers and HR Business Partners, you will thrive in a dynamic environment with numerous stakeholders, driving HR initiatives that foster growth and development.
Your tasks
- Serve as the primary contact for Payroll for your legal entities and the legal entities in WHS (Wholesales) Netherlands, you will be supported by HR colleagues from another business unit for the employees in Belgium
- Collaborate with the global mobility manager to support roles with frequent international travels
- Execute HR management according to group standards, procedures, and local customs and legislation
- Oversee all operational HR activities at the local level
- Manage compensation and related documentation including pension and insurance strategies within our global framework and local best practice
- Implement activities and measures to foster a high-quality work environment and comprehensive employer offering
- Coordinate HR processes with line management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and actively guide managers and employees
- Facilitate a sustainable, high-performing organization with strong employee engagement
- Partner with key stakeholders to align and coordinate group and local initiatives
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent
- Previous experience managing HR responsibilities independently for a legal entity, preferably in a generalist role within a multinational company with multiple stakeholders; experience in a matrix organization is beneficial
- Solid knowledge of labor law legislation in the Netherlands (white-collar)
- Previous exposure to payroll, global mobility, international travels, and experience with various compensation models
- Strong business acumen accompanied with strong project management skills
- Highly structured, results-oriented, and customer-focused and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, international, environment with multiple stakeholders
- Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English
- Willingness to regular travels to Vianen and at ad-hoc occasions Belgium
