As a Commercial Event Manager, you are dynamic and enthusiastic about the planning and organization of international exhibitions. This role requires you to be fully immersed in the hotel industry, building relationships and creating opportunities for all participants and attendees. As a Commercial Event Manager, you will be responsible for selling event space and sponsorships to both existing and new customers/partners through telephone and face-to-face meetings, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the financial success of the event. You will also support the floor plan management and ensure that the CRM system is always up-to-date with the latest information.
As a Commercial Event Manager, collaboration is key, as you will work closely with the events team, including operations, marketing, and different project coordinators, to develop and enhance the event. By attending industry networking events and competitor events, you will identify commercial opportunities, gain industry feedback, and increase your sector knowledge. Your goal will be to curate the exhibition, aesthetics, and content to delight the audience, ensuring visitors can source great products, learn, network, and enjoy an inspiring experience.

- Minimum mbo level 4 or equivalent ability
- Minimum experience in event management or related field;
