Responsibilities:
- Process purchase, repair, and sales orders efficiently.
- Arrange and monitor shipments, including critical AOG (Aircraft on Ground) transport.
- Generate insightful reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain records of high-value components during maintenance projects.
- Provide essential administrative assistance to the Logistics team.
- Help prepare detailed quotations for the Sales Manager.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Full-time availability for 40 hours per week.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Earn between €2800 and €3300 gross per month.
- 25 vacation days, 8% holiday allowance, and a pension plan.
- €0.23 per kilometer, up to a maximum of 60 km per worked day.
- Potential to secure a permanent contract after 6 months.
