Installing and commissioning new machines, (preventive) maintenance and resolving malfunctions and / or optimizing, by means of predetermined mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and / or software adjustments, at customer location. Giving Training and Instruction to the operator, technical staff and HS&E Officer.
Performing work as ordered by the customer in the form of retrofits, adjustments and / or reorganization or an existing layout. Working area; mainly Europe, also Middle East, Africa's, Pacific's. Work regular on a one-off period or 5 to 20 days including weekends.
- Solving malfunctions at customer location, both mechanically, electrically and software-wise.
- Installing and commissioning new machines, commissioning and providing training.
- Performing upgrade activities on machines on location, according to a predetermined conditions, planning requirements and scenario.
- Checking the technical status of machines present on site (auditing), and making proposals to the internal organization for improvement and adjustments (resulting in proposals to the customer).
- Implementing and making proposals for preventive maintenance of machines.
- Monitor the quality of work performed.
- Carrying out maintenance, overhaul and support when moving machines on location.
- Instructing the users of the machine.
- Performing SAT Procedure, starting up and putting the machine into operation.
- Complete installation, making adjustments if necessary to enable quality installation.
- Monitoring of progress, point of contact in case of problems (malfunction or stagnation), if necessary initiating corrective measures.
- Acting as an ambassador on location for the internal organization.
- The planned execution of installation work, in accordance with coordination or department service.
- Performing the Service Inspector task on location at the request of the management.
- Performing FAT - Procedure at manufacturing site upon request of management.
- You update schedules (manually) if they change on location.
- If not working on location, doing support work and / or installation work planned in the Service Department.
- Issuing a written report about the installation / malfunction visits, updating the project files etc.
- Technical educated Mechanical and Electric.
- Knowledge of PLC, Siemens S7 & -TIA-PORTAL.
- Knowledge of Pneumatics, Hydraulics.
- Dutch (preferable native), good English and German, French (preferable).
- Driver's license.
- No travel restrictions.
- VCA.
