The position and working environment
Working in an Advice team means working in a dynamic environment with a strong growth ambition. We want to steer commerce and focus on an efficient, accessible financial advice with focus on investing.
As Retail Advice Specialist, you will be working in a team together with 24 colleagues. In this team you and your colleagues are responsible for ensuring the agendas of our acquisition advisors (Adviesteam Vermogen & Private Banking) are optimally filled.
Our team manages the investment portfolios of our customers. We are responsible for the growth and (yearly) maintenance of their investment portfolio.
The role and responsibilities
You ensure that customers are spoken to in a timely manner and that the files are and remain in order. This means that you have direct contact with private and business customers regarding investments at ING and our service.
Besides the existing investment portfolios, we also steer commerce and by proactively creating lead flows regarding our acquisition and revision colleagues. To do this, we proactively call and conduct video calls, with customers who have shown an interest at ing.nl, or by one of our stakeholders (ING Branches, Retail Contact Centre).

- HBO work and thinking level (diploma required).
- Speaks fluent Dutch.
- Required education: WFT Basis or are willing to obtain it before you start with us.
- Preferred WFT Vermogen and/or Mifid Adviserend, or you are studying for it.
- Minimum of 32 and a maximum of 40 hours.
- Combine working from home with working from one of the locations in The Hague, Eindhoven, Leeuwarden, Zaandam and Zwolle or one of our ING-branches close to you.
