What will you do?
In this internship, you will be part of a small team of highly professional digital content experts. The team provides development ideas for ingwb.com, as well as gives advice to other squads and departments to empower them to optimise their digital content with the aim to activate new and existing clients leading to higher client satisfaction, loyalty, and increased revenue.
Together with the team, you will work on things like creating new content experiences and customer journeys of ING's digital content on our channels in Wholesale Banking. You'll also learn to assist in copywriting and reviewing, content management, data analysis, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), online promotions, et cetera.
Who are we?
The Content Team is part of the Centre of Expertise UX & Content and is situated within the Tribe Omnichannel in ING Wholesale Banking. The Tribe Omnichannel has a clear objective: "To become the best digital Wholesale bank by delivering an industry leading and consistent digital customer experience across all ING touchpoints." The channels owned by the Tribe includes the ingwb.com website, an internet banking-portal (InsideBusiness Portal), and a mobile app (InsideBusiness App). Our customers are spread over more than 40 countries who use our channels on a daily basis to do daily banking, consume content and for servicing.
We look for someone who is...
- enrolled at a Dutch 'HBO' or University in the area of communication, marketing, digital content or journalism
- fluent (written and verbal) in English
- proactive and outspoken
- ready to learn a lot fast, by doing it on the job
- not afraid to make mistakes (because that's part of how you learn)
- available for at least 4 days a week
