PEGA LSA
As a PEGA LSA you are a go-getter who gives direction to complex IT issues surrounding financial customer and service processes. With your knowledge and skills, you will contribute to a socially responsible bank to which customers trust their money with confidence.
You get energy from realizing a distinctive and human experience for the customers and advisors of Volksbank and its brands, with which we increase our customer value. You contribute by developing a vision of the future in terms of optimal integration of Payment, Customer and Service processes implemented on Volksbank's Pega platform. You combine your knowledge and experience of Customer, Payment and service processes and are also perfectly able to translate this into a solution direction that does justice to the bank's target architecture. Your efforts and those of the team must lead to a compliant and compliant process of automated services.
You are an experienced sparring partner for the business and understand the questions behind the demand. At the same time, you know how to translate these wishes into our IT environments. You are familiar with the relevant developments inside and outside the financial services sector at this cutting edge, have a clear vision in this respect and are able to communicate this to your environment in a clear and structured way.
When it comes to realization, you help the teams to make the right translation, you give direction to (implementation) plans that will land in various epics and user stories of the teams. You are also your direct colleagues' point of contact for architecture-related issues and you help your colleagues apply available frameworks properly.
Your qualities
You enjoy thinking about concrete improvements. Because you are conceptually strong, you easily convert your ideas into a workable plan. You communicate clearly at all levels and quickly find your way within the organization.
- BsC or MA, preferably in IT or business computer science.
- 6 to 9 years relevant PEGA experience and certified PEGA SSA / LSA
- You have a track record of demonstrably solving problems and translating them into implementation using solution intentions or project start architecture.
- You have demonstrable knowledge of PEGA architecture.
- You have demonstrable knowledge of customer and payment processes within a financial institution
- You have knowledge of and/or experience with Java
What do we offer?
The salary for this position is between €55,000 and €84,000 gross annual fixed income (13th month and 8% holiday allowance included) and based on 36 hours per week. In addition, de Volksbank offers interesting and flexible fringe benefits:
