What You'll Do- Develop and enhance Laravel-based applications that meet high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with the frontend team, UX/UI designers, and project managers to bring projects to life.
- Optimize and scale applications, ensuring they are secure, efficient, and easy to maintain.
- Mentor and lead junior developers, helping them to refine their skills and adhere to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues swiftly to deliver seamless user experiences.
- 5+ years of experience as a PHP/Laravel Developer.
- Expertise in Laravel and experience with modern development tools.
- Proficiency in MySQL, REST APIs, and agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills and a knack for problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
