Your tasks as Trade Lane Manager
As Trade Lane Manager India-Europe you have a strong commercial objective in acquiring new customers on the India-Europe trade lane. You act as first line of contact and work closely with the Operational and Commercial department to ensure optimal customer service. In addition, you identify cross selling opportunities in this important trade lanes, establish a measurable commercial plan and develop and present additional suitable business solutions for our existing sales team. You will be in contact with colleagues from India to ensure alignment and optimal identification of existing business and seek new customers on this trade lane.
In addition, you promote effective cooperation between all stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve higher performance standards. Because you have a lot of contact with India, planning country visits is also part of your responsibilities. You are first point of contact for colleagues for business between India and our offices in Europe.
