Hydraulic Engineer (1 FTE)
Job description
As a hydraulic engineer you are the linking pin between our hydraulic supplier and our engineering team. You are responsible for the integration of the hydraulic installation in the mechanical arrangements, the design of the hydraulic block and pipe routing diagram, and all needed information of additional components according specification within the engineering schedule. During the detail engineering phase you will support the modeling and routing of the system in our 3-D model of the vessel.
Tasks
- Making and checking technical specifications of the hydraulic Installation.
- Making block and hydraulic piping diagrams.
- Responsible for the delivery of the engineering information of the hydraulic components according schedule.
- Supporting the 3-D modeling of the installation.
- Making a functional description for the electrical control of a hydraulic system.
To be eligible for this position you need to have an EU work visa.
Your profile
- In possession of a diploma from a higher education institution with a mechanical background.
- At least 1-3 years of work experience.
- Profound knowledge of hydraulic systems.
- Knowledge of electrical control.
- A good communicator - the ability to work efficiently and smoothly in a complex, international work environment.
