Royal IHC is offering an exciting opportunity to join our Accounting and Reporting team within the Shared Service Center Finance as an Accounting & Reporting Officer. The responsibilities
In this challenging role, you will work in a changing environment, and be responsible for accounting and executing financial transactions in a complete, timely and accurate manner. Every team member has a personal set of responsibilities which is periodically rotated within the team (both for personal development and back-up purposes).
Overview of the responsibilities within the accounting and reporting team:
- Collect and retrieve relevant financial data
- Scan, register, organize, check, match and archive financial data and files using prescribed systems.
- Enter and process financial data, execute accounting activities, including transaction processing and booking reconciliation.
- Prepare, analyze and compose financial reports.
- Realize on-time and accurate month-end closing of various organizational units, including documenting specifications of various accounts and analysis of financial reports.
- VAT reclamation
- Reporting of statistics (CBS filling)
- Contribute to the development, optimization and modification of department administrative systems and procedures and participate in project-based activities.
Your profile
We want to find a team player, someone who is able to take a fresh look at things and who is not afraid to speak up! There is always room for improvement. You are going to help us finding the bottlenecks and you will fix them! You also have:
- A higher vocational education (HBO) or an academic higher education (WO) in Finance;
- at least two years of relevant experience in Finance;
- a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and preferably Power BI and IFS
- Good knowledge of Dutch and English languages;
- Strong analytical skills;
