In the Royal IHC Project Management Office we raise the level of Project Management within Royal IHC.
As a Project Management Officer, your job will consist out two main activities:
- Maintain and Improve the Project Management Method
The Project Management Office (PMO) contributes to the implementation, assurance and development of the IHC Project Management method, processes and control tools. You will advise and support the Project Managers and Project Teams in using this method and tools.
- (Assistant) Project Manager
In the role of PMO, you have the opportunity to get to know the whole product portfolio from Royal IHC. Depending on your experience and ambition, this role allows you to start managing (small) projects yourself.
Your profile
We are looking for an enthusiastic proactive candidate with technical and business knowledge. Someone who will focus on the process-based "hard" side of organizational development (processes, tools and data), but who also understands and is interested in the "human side" of organizational change. You are able to switch between abstract and detail level, which makes it easy to link and to filter the essence of information.
To be eligible for the role of PMO Business Partner, you must have the following:
a bachelor's or master degree in a technical or business direction
experience in Project Management and business processes in a technical environment
experience in Shipbuilding is a pre
excellent digital skills
excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
