As a Manager Service you are responsible for managing the Service Engineers abroad. You report to the Manager Operations Automation Systems. In this position you will coordinate, plan and perform the service activities, on- and offshore. These tasks are both nationally and internationally and can take place 24/7. You will also develop service contracts and placing them in the market. Implementing the department policy is also a part of your job.

As a Manager Service you will be responsible for:
- Implementing the department policy
- Organizing and coordinating the work of employees
- Having (department) meetings
- Direct coordination with customers regarding planning, performing and quality of the service work
- Implementing and realizing methods and techniques for work processes
Job requirements:
- HBO or WO work and thinking level
- Work experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate in English and Dutch
- Experience/knowledge with the maritime industry, electrical installations, switchboards, drives and process presentation and control automation
- Experience with managing employees
- Having experience in a project-driven organization is an advantage
