Within IHC we work with our own developed IHC Project Management method. The Project Management Office (PMO) contributes to the implementation, assurance and improvement of the IHC Project Management method and the associated processes and control tools.
You advise and support the Project Managers and Project Teams in using this method and tools. Because you are "in the field", you can hear and see how the method works in practice and how effective and efficient the use is. Because we strive for operational excellence, you are continually alert for improvement opportunities. You also contribute to efficient and effective collaboration, both within the Functional Discipline (FD); Project Management and between the FD Project Management and other departments.
Your profile
We are looking for an enthusiastic proactive candidate with technical and business knowledge. Someone who will focus on the process-based "hard" side of organizational development (processes, tools and data), but who also understands and is interested in the "human side" of organizational change. You are able to switch between abstract and detail level, which makes it easy to link and to filter the essence of information.
In addition, you are persistent and able to handle resistance.
To be eligible for the role of PMO Business Partner, you must have the following:
a bachelor's or master degree in a technical or business direction
experience in Project Management and business processes in a technical environment
experience in Shipbuilding is a pre
excellent digital skills
excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
