Are you ready to take ownership of a business‑critical ERP platform in an international environment? As a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant at Lely, you play a key role in the global rollout and long‑term success of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across 14 locations.
You support the development and implementation phase from a functional and advisory perspective and take responsibility for the application once it is live. Acting as a trusted advisor to the business, you translate complex needs into sustainable MSBC solutions and continuously improve the platform to support Lely’s global operations and long‑term ambitions.
Your main responsibilities are:- Contributing to the international implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across multiple business locations.
- Analyzing business processes and requirements and translating them into effective and future‑proof MSBC solutions.
- Advising stakeholders on best practices, standard functionality and the balance between configuration and customization.
- Supporting configuration, testing, data migration and user acceptance testing, together with internal teams and partners.
- Acting as functional owner after go‑live, managing incidents, changes and continuous improvements.
- Collaborating closely with key users, business stakeholders, IT collegues and external implementation partners.
You are an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant who combines strong functional knowledge with a clear understanding of business processes. You feel comfortable operating in an international environment and enjoy working at the intersection of business and IT.
You bring:- At least 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV), including end‑to‑end implementation cycles, preferably in international or multi‑site environments.
- Proven experience with MSBC implementations, preferably in international or multi‑site environments.
- Strong end‑to‑end knowledge of Finance and Service module, including Order‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay, inventory and warehouse flows, and service management lifecycle.
- Solid understanding of standard BC architecture, extensions model (AL), and integration patterns with external enterprise systems (e.g. Salesforce, IFS or other CRM/ERP platforms), including API‑based integrations and data synchronization principles.
- Experience acting as functional lead or solution owner during at least one (international) rollout.
- Hands‑on experience with configuration, functional design, testing and user support.
- Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- To be eligible for this position, you must already reside in the Netherlands.
