Your new job: Programmatic Adops Manager
In your new role as Programmatic Adops Manager, you are responsible for the strategy of running effective programmatic campaigns through agencies & major advertisers on your streaming platform.
With your technical background in Programmatic / Adops, you are an expert in the adtech ecosystem & aware of the latest developments within CTV. This key position is responsible from A-Z for troubleshooting campaigns & coming up with innovative adtech solutions to make streaming advertisements more effective.
In your new role, you will closely collaborate in a diverse international team of 25 nationalities. You are part of both the tech (responsible for Adtech) and sales team (supporting from a technical standpoint) and the direct point of contact for agencies, adtech parties, and major international clients. You have 1 Adops specialist under your supervision focusing on monitoring and optimizing the streaming ads.

What do we need from you?As the new Programmatic Adops Manager, we need from you:
- Minimum of 5+ years within Programmatic / Adops with a strong technical background from agency, adtech, or publisher side.
- Good communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit.
- Experience with DV360, The Trade Desk.
- Preferred experience with SSPs like Pubmatic & Springserve.
- Preferred background on the publisher side.
- Creative and analytically strong.
- Fluent verbal and written communication in English.
- A salary of up to €85K gross per year.
- International team with 25 nationalities.
- Good secondary employment conditions.
