How do I become a Product Owner Billing, Invoicing & Payments Coolblue Energy at Coolblue?
A monthly invoice is THE recurring interaction we have with our customers. This is the perfect opportunity to make our customers love paying their bills. As the Product Owner for Billing, Invoicing & Payments you make sure the EBITDA is realised. You do this by creating invoices that are understandable, accurate and paid on time. In the domain, we cover a variety of scenarios, such as regular energy bills and one-off charges for installations like solar panels or heat pumps. Since Coolblue Energy is still relatively new, you have a unique opportunity to shape your own vision for the customer journey and make a significant impact in making our customers happy.
You will be the PO of both development teams within the domain, both of which are working on the complete billing, invoicing, and payments portfolio. Each team has its own areas of expertise, but collaborates across the entire domain to manage invoicing for energy contracts as well as billing and payments for installations.
