About IKEA Information Management (IM)
Data/information management has the assignment to establish a common practice for how we manage data/information across Inter IKEA, in areas such as Master Data Management, Reference data management, Metadata Management, Data Quality and Digital Ethics.

We are looking for an Information Management Manager to lead, inspire, and transform how we manage information across the IKEA value chain. This role blends leadership, technical expertise, and a forward-thinking approach to data and information management, contributing to IKEA's sustainability and business transformation goals.
As an IM manager, your key responsibilities will
- Lead high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and adaptability.
- Build a robust Information Management network across IKEA's value chain.
- Collaborate with architecture teams to establish a strong data foundation and streamline information flow across IKEA.
- Develop and maintain scalable data domains for current and future digital landscapes.
- Ensure compliance with evolving regulations while safeguarding data integrity.
- Define and execute a strategy and roadmap aligned with IKEA's goals.
- Balance agility and stability through effective governance.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to optimize processes and enhance synergies.
- Empower co-workers with the tools and knowledge for digital transformation success.
To be successful in this role, you will have
- Over 3 years of managerial experience, specializing in agile projects and data-driven transformations.
- Skilled in leading data architecture initiatives for large organizations, covering end-to-end value chains.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to balance business and IT needs.
- Demonstrated success leading teams in dynamic and complex environments.
- Expertise in data management, architecture, and metadata management processes and tools such as Business Glossaries and Data Catalogues.
- Proficient in software configuration and managing technical environments.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, adept at translating technical concepts into business language.
