We’ve already powered close to €10M in GMV, with some of the most exciting food creators in the Netherlands using SOUS to take control of their growth. But this is just the beginning.
We'll be extending our product and then scaling our platform across Europe, layering in AI and automation, and embedding SOUS into the workflows of thousands of independent F&B brands. Think Shopify meets food—but purpose-built for the real needs of culinary entrepreneurs.
We're looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to drive SOUS's expansion and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will blend data-driven strategy with quick, iterative activations to grow our customer base and commercial performance, while maintaining our brand integrity.
Tasks
- Lead both development and execution of holistic growth strategies across our owned and partner channels
- Strategies must drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value through creative and efficient tactics
- Channels include: email marketing, web and e-commerce, paid media, events or IRL activations, and more
- Manage agency and freelance support to run paid media, email flow optimization, event production, and more as needed
- Analyze campaign performance, site and channel metrics, and customer journey flows to optimize conversion rate at each touchpoint
- Manage and optimize our Shopify storefront for maximum conversion and clarity, in partnership with merchants and their product listings
- Collaborate with brand and social teams / agencies to ensure consistency and quality in brand expression
- Develop and implement A/B testing programs to increase conversion rates and sharpen customer experience
- Collaborate with internal team to drive platform growth that results in merchant success
- Work with founders to establish growth KPIs and monitor progress on key signals
- Be the team expert on emerging e-com trends and opportunities in the F&B industry
Requirements
- Entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on approach.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in e-com growth marketing, preferably in consumer goods, lifestyle, fashion, or F&B brands
- Proven track record of driving measurable revenue growth in a hands-on role within a small team
- Solid expertise with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and other e-com platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for marketing and the broader team
- Excellent project management and organizational capabilities to manage peak seasonal moments
- Interest and passion in the food & beverage industry preferred
