We are seeking a new L&D Solutions Manager to join our team.
What will your be doing?
As a L&D Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for managing learning solutions from the needs analysis through to implementation. This includes advising stakeholders and collaborating on organization-wide projects. You will need to have strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex environments and provide solutions that meet the training needs of the business. Additionally, you will leverage your tech-savviness and experience with learning technology to elevate learning experiences to the next level.
In this role, you will also be expected to respond quickly to the learning requests of the business. This involves being proactive, innovative, and results-oriented. You will need to concretize issues and provide solutions promptly, ensuring that the learning solutions are effective and aligned with the business objectives. Experience with learning technology and project management tools will be advantageous.
Does this describe you?
You have at least 5 years of relevant work experience (experience in learning & development, consultancy, education or the training domain is a strong plus).
You have a university-level education.
You are tech-savvy and have experience using learning technology to elevate learning experiences.
You have experience managing various stakeholders.
Your communication style is persuasive, and you have strong advisory skills.
You are results-oriented, can concretize issues and provide solutions.
You are innovative and proactive.
You are fluent in English, preferably also in Dutch.
