As a Fulfilment Integration Process Developer, you will play a central role in enhancing our fulfilment unit by analysing current processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing solutions to achieve efficiency and excellence in operations.For this position we see that you bring:
• Excellent knowledge of logistics processes, tools, and working methods in omnichannel retailing.
• Good knowledge of relevant IT systems solutions.
• Good understanding of the needs, demands, and expectations of customers and co-workers in the local market.
• Knowledge on how to analyse KPIs and use them for success measures in fulfilment units.
• IKEA store experience and knowledge of our work-flow processes.
• Confidence in expressing yourself in Local Language and English (at least C1 level)
What you'll need to have
• Secure and maximize efficiency in unit operations by actively working on the simplification of current processes and system solutions.• Compile development needs within the unit and participate in the prioritization and decision-making process for improvements.
• Contribute to various warehouse activities with inputs, ideas, and expertise to maximize efficiency and optimize operations, as assigned.
• Implement and follow up on various fulfilment procedures.
• Lead and represent the fulfilment unit in cross-functional and cross-unit improvement activities.
