- Coordinate efforts between internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless support operations.
- Oversee the management and accuracy of the IT Knowledge Base, working closely with the Knowledge Base Specialist to keep information relevant and up to date.
- Identify and address training needs to empower business users in effectively utilizing IT solutions.
Dit ben jij
- 4-5 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or customer success roles, preferably in the hospitality industry or similar customer-facing environments.
- A degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields is a plus.
- Certifications such as ITIL or equivalents are advantageous.
- Familiarity with tools like helpdesk ticketing systems, CRM platforms, property management systems (PMS), and booking engines.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with excellent relationship-building skills across teams.
- Proven experience in knowledge management systems and databases.
- Effective leadership skills to manage both in-house and outsourced support teams.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and help users maximize the value of IT solutions.
