What are you going to do?
Quality and consistency are 2 important elements in the kitchen team. As Chef de Partie you report directly to the (Sous) Chef. You will be responsible for overseeing an assigned kitchen station to ensure consistency of preparation according to the predefined recipes and the product quality. Outside of the daily activities you will have the opportunity to make proposals to the Chef to improve the work processes and to contribute to the development of dishes and recipes. Together with the team you ensure that our guests have a ‘Timeless’ culinary experience. Finally, you ensure that the HACCP rules are complied with and that your workplace is organized, clean and tidy.
What are we looking for?
Your goal is to give every guest an “Timeless" Experience;
You aspire a career in the kitchen and that is why you are motivated to get to know all the different kitchen stations and thus further develop yourself into a real professional;
You are creative, have a hands-on mentality, and eager to exceed expectations;
You have a diploma in Food Production (MBO 3 or 4), or you can demonstrate that you have mastered this level or have relevant work experience;
You have experience in a 5* property or in a fine dining restaurant;
You are guest-oriented, have a positive attitude and can work in a team as well as independently.
You have a good command of the English or Dutch language.
