The Digital Transformation team within the Broader Assurance Services (BAS) business unit is looking for motivated consultants to strengthen our fast-growing Digital Accounting & Reporting proposition. You will support clients in their journey toward high?'quality (digital) reporting and future-proof finance functions.
In our team, we help organizations navigate complex transformation projects where new laws and regulations (e.g. IFRS, CSRD, XBRL), evolving reporting requirements and changes in the IT landscape play a crucial role. By collaborating closely with our clients, we help them make optimal use of technology during major events (such as IPOs, mergers or acquisitions), accelerate innovation, and transform into agile and future-proof organizations.
Your role
As a Consultant Digital Accounting & Reporting, you will focus on the rapidly evolving domain of digital reporting, supporting clients with XBRL reporting (e.g. ESEF and SBR), disclosure management system implementations (e.g. Workiva), and the optimization of their reporting processes.

- Assisting in the preparation and validation of XBRL report packages;
- Supporting clients with the implementation of disclosure management systems (e.g. Workiva) and other solutions for preparing XBRL reporting;
- Helping clients comply with evolving reporting standards and digital reporting requirements.
- Working with clients to optimise and digitise their financial and non-financial reporting processes, including improving process design, data flows, and controls.
Who you are
You are eager to learn and enthusiastic about combining accounting and reporting with technology. You are also ambitious, want to solve complex problems and make an impact on our customers. You are people-oriented and enjoy working together in multidisciplinary teams.
You bring:
- A completed or nearly completed Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
- Demonstrated affinity with accounting and reporting;
- Experience in XBRL reporting or disclosure management technology is a plus;
- Strong interest in applying technology and digital tools in your day-to-day work;
- A proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ambition to grow;
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
