Als Leveranciersmanager bij Royal FloraHolland lever jij een belangrijke bijdrage in het beheren, borgen en wijzigen van het contract met Heijmans voor het onderhoud en beheer van alle gebouwen en installaties. Je maakt onderdeel uit van het team Leveranciersmanagement binnen de afdeling Real Estate & Facility Management. Je werkt hierbij samen met vier collega Leveranciersmanagers. Dit volgens de gecertificeerde CATS CM contractmanagementmethodiek (Ben je hierin niet gecertificeerd? Geen probleem, dit kan via ons).
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een complex contract met grote strategische waarde;
- Je overziet de processen, bent in staat dit te analyseren, te beoordelen en verandering te begeleiden;
- Het bewaken, overzien van het contract, stakeholdermanagement op tactisch en strategisch niveau en meedenken in het belang van zowel de leverancier als Royal FloraHolland zijn de belangrijkste taken;
- Je bewaakt de levering van diensten door externe leveranciers conform overeengekomen specificaties, kosten, budgetten, kwaliteit en tijdigheid op basis van rapportages en resultaten;
- Je bent de spin in het web en ondersteunt diverse teams op naleving en uitvoering van het contract;
- Je houdt je bezig met het oplossen van problemen, behandelen van klachten en bijzondere kwesties uit escalatie.
Jouw profiel
- Je hebt de afgelopen 5 tot 10 jaar relevante ervaring opgedaan binnen een functie als Leveranciersmanager of Contractmanager;
- HBO/WO diploma in Facility Management, Bouwkunde, of een vergelijkbare richting;
- Je bent nauwkeurig en analytisch ingesteld;
- Je weet de vertaalslag te maken van een operationele vraag naar een (strategische) contractuele afspraak en/of impact;
- Je bent een sociaal uitstekend onderlegd en een kundige stakeholdermanager;
- Je bent een bruggenbouwer maar deinst niet terug voor conflicten;
- Jouw eigenaarschap kenmerkt zich door kansen en ontwikkelingen op te pakken en deze te vertalen naar concrete plannen en acties;
- Je hebt uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke uitdrukkingsvaardigheden.
