We are looking for a Producer/Line Producer for in-house film production, at IMC called Motion Producer, with vast motion media experience to elevate our global motion media content. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and leading project teams, managing production workflows, and negotiating resources and budgets. Your goal is to deliver outstanding results that align with IKEA's high standards of quality.
The job is located in Älmhult and requires a high level of presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading projects from start to delivery. Manage, coordinate and produce motion media in studio, CG animation or location projects.
- Guide, support other competencies and navigate them in projects.
- Evaluate, plan, budget, onboard and assign competences in production team.
- Ensuring the highest quality in delivery and communicating any project deviations.
- Part of creating and developing workflows.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as motion producer or similar in a film production company, Ad agency, Broadcast or similar that work with an industry standard.
- Proven track record in producing successful films.
- Experience in budget work within motion media projects.
- Knowledge of Post-production and VFX.
- Technical knowledge of industry standard visualization software and pipelines.
- Excellent interpersonal leadership skills with the ability to interact with all personality types and work cross-functionally with colleagues and key external clients.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
